Born and raised in Montreal, Cathy travelled after graduating from Western University, spending time in beautiful Jasper, Alberta, and Whistler, BC, before eventually settling in Toronto. Since 2005, she has been a trusted real estate professional, helping families across the Greater Toronto Area buy and sell homes, condos, and investment properties.
With a passion for assisting clients at every stage of their real estate journey, Cathy excels in guiding first-time buyers, families finding their forever homes, and seniors transitioning to retirement residences. She provides exceptional service from the first meeting to closing day and beyond.
A resident of Lawrence Park in mid-town Toronto for over 25 years, Cathy and her husband have raised three children and their dog, Blu, in the community. Cathy enjoys pickleball, skiing, travelling, and spending time with her family in her spare time.

Having been a licensed realtor since 2006 Todd brings a deep history of residential, real estate development, and property management experience to each project. As a previous Director of Operations and Listings Manager for a medium-sized real estate team, Todd oversaw approximately 50 to 65 listings and buyer clients per year.
Todd is a graduate of OCADU in Environmental Design. His passion for residential design, the built environment, housing issues, and urban planning have proved invaluable to his clients. From an early age, Todd worked alongside his father, building and finishing homes and reading endless volumes of residential floor plans.
